Baking can be really good fun - have you ever made a cake? Can you remember any of the ingredients you had to use? Lots of different types of foods go in to making a birthday cake, maybe you can write down a list for the next time you go shopping with your Mummy or Daddy?
Here are some of the ingredients you may need to bake a cake. Can you spell each word? Use the lines to help you with your handwriting.

This activity is aimed at 4 to 7 year olds, it's a fun way to raise your child's interest in cooking, as well as building their reading, writing and problem solving skills.We have many other games and puzzles in the Download section which can be reached from the sidebar on the left. All our printable puzzles are completely free and are great to keep on hand for kids to do at any time, or as a fun rainy day activity.
